The PES Admissions Information Centre (AIC) is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday to help answer questions about applying to undergraduate or postgraduate or research programs offered by PES.

You are very welcome to call in and look through our range of literature, collect information and browse our web pages. Our experienced staff will be on hand to help with any queries relating to PES, its departments and campuses, and to help guide you through the application process.

How to Apply and start your programme / course?

STEP 1:
Choose a program/course: visit the Programs page for more details.

STEP 3:
PES University Programs require you to take online written test PESSAT.

  • Please Register for PESSAT Test by clicking here.
  • All Engineering PESSAT tests will be conducted online. For more information & to find test centres near you, check www.pes.edu/pessat
  • PESSAT for BTech, BBA, BBA-HEM, B.Des, MCA, MBA and MTech will be held on campus from January 2016 onwards. Tests can be taken on any Wednesday or Saturday Starting from January 2016 by booking your slots from www.pes.edu/pessat
  • All MTech courses will honor both GATE and PGCET Scores along with PESSAT
  • MBA will honor scores of MAT, CAT, CMAT, PGCET, GMAT and GRE along with PESSAT
  • NOTE - PESIT, South Campus will not require PESSAT Tests, CET and COMED-K will continue to be used as this college is under VTU affiliation.

PESIMSR or PES Central Campus admissions will continue to be status quo, any info on the same, please contact Admissions Information Centre (AIC).
STEP 4:
INTERVIEW – After taking PESSAT, the candidate shall go through a short interview on the same day of the test in our campus

Confirmation/ Rejection

STEP 6:
Start your program/course.

Eligibility & Requirements

All BE Undergraduate Engineering Courses:

40% of the Seats are reserved for CET Candidates

In the remaining 60% of the seats, the order or selection is as follows:

  • First Preference will be given to PESSAT Test Scores
  • Second Preference will be given to COMED-K Test Scores (Fee Structure will follow PES University guidelines)
  • Third Preference - Other National Level Entrance exams Test Scores

MTech:

Eligibility: Engineering degree in a relevant stream from a recognized University

Mode of Admission: PESSAT and PGCET

40% of seats given to PGCET

In the remaining 60% of the seats, the order or selection is as follows:

  • First Preference will be given to PESSAT Test Scores
  • Second Preference will be given to PGCET Test Scores
  • Third Preference - Other National Level Entrance exams Test Scores
